We are seeking a Sales Specialty Recruiter to manage a dedicated pipeline of sales professionals, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing recruitment processes to ensure strong candidate readiness. The position focuses on providing a positive candidate experience and achieving accurate fill rates.
