Scheduler (Wellsky)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely coordination of caregiver schedules, shift assignments, and service coverage. The Scheduler will collaborate with the operations team to manage daily and weekly schedules, handle last-minute changes, and maintain accurate records using scheduling systems. Key Responsibilities • Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage • Maintain and update schedules in systems such as WellSky and Viventium • Communicate with caregivers regarding availability, shift assignments, and changes • Respond promptly to call-outs, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs • Coordinate with operations to align schedules with client care plans • Ensure compliance with scheduling policies and labor regulations • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all scheduling activities Work Schedule-Tuesday to Friday, 12PM – 7PM EST or PST Requirements Hard Skills • Proficient in scheduling software and digital tools (Wellsky and Viventium is preferred) • Strong English communication skills (C1 level required) • Skilled in time management and multi-tasking • Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling (preferred) Soft Skills • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude • Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
