Search Marketing Specialist (Work From Home) + 300USD Sign On Bonus

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Search Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time, remote role designed for experienced Filipino digital marketers with deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance-driven SEM strategies. You’ll leverage data analysis, keyword optimization, audience targeting, and conversion-focused testing to improve campaign efficiency and drive measurable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and strategic, with a proven track record of turning search insights into real results. 💼 What You’ll Do• Optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Video) based on performance trends (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR). • Monitor performance, identify issues, and report what’s working vs. not working based on client parameters. • Perform keyword optimization using research tools and SEO best practices. • Export and maintain reports, dashboards, and daily/weekly performance trackers. • Troubleshoot and flag common Google Ads challenges to the client with proactive updates. • Implement client-directed optimizations and experiment setups. • Collect and organize ad assets, content, and copy from cross-functional teams. • Communicate consistently with the client via Slack/IM, email, and video calls. 🧠 What You’ll Bring• 3+ years of hands-on Google Adsexperience (paid search required). • Proficiency using SEMRush for keyword research and competitor insights. • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred; training provided if needed). • Strong familiarity with O365, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. • Experience managing multiple campaigns or clients (agency background preferred). • Strong English communication skills and comfort working with U.S.-based teams. ✨ Nice to Have• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Instagram/TikTok Ads. • Basic experience updating or optimizing landing page copy. • Basic experience writing or adjusting ad copy.
