If you’ve managed large-scale paid campaigns and love diving into analytics dashboards, this is the role for you. 🎁 Perks & Benefits • 💵 Paid in USD (bi-monthly payouts: 15th & 30th) • 🏖️ Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) • 📅 Observance of Holidays (based on your location) • 🏡 100% remote – work from anywhere • ⚙️ Collaborate with a performance-driven, AI-augmented marketing team • 🚀 Manage ad budgets with real impact—ranging from $25K–$50K/month 🧩 What You’ll Be Doing 📈 Campaign Strategy & Execution • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple accounts. • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance across platforms to hit ROI and CPA targets. • Execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion) tailored to diverse industries. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy, creatives, and audience testing strategies. 📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization • Monitor daily performance using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Looker Studio. • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, optimize targeting, and scale successful campaigns. • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and event setups (GA4, pixels/CAPI, UTMs). • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio for clear performance reporting. 💬 Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with account strategists and creatives to align campaign execution with business goals. • Present campaign insights and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders. • Document learnings, optimizations, and testing results for future campaign improvements. ✅ Who You Are • 4–6+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. • Advanced knowledge of GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio. • Deep understanding of performance insights, attribution, and data-driven optimization. • Comfortable managing $25K–$50K/month in ad spend with measurable results. • Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and forecasting. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
