Position Summary Project Manager of Product will play a pivotal role in shaping how project management operates across the product and technology organization. This individual will lead enterprise-level initiatives that are critical to the company's growth and transformation—spanning AI innovation, data infrastructure, learning management systems (LMS) migration, and technology platform modernization. While this role has no direct reports, it will serve as a visible and influential position, uniting cross-functional teams and driving complex programs from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, systems thinker, and operational leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities
• Define the vision and framework for project management excellence across the product and technology organization, establishing best practices, governance standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Create standardized processes and tools that improve cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and execution consistency.
• Lead and coordinate major enterprise programs including platform, product and technology integration and AI.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps that balance innovation with operational stability.
• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
• Partner with data and AI teams to operationalize new capabilities and embed AI solutions into core business workflows.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical and non-technical teams—translating complex concepts into actionable, outcome-focused plans.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure accountability and clarity on deliverables
• Foster transparency through clear progress tracking, risk reporting, and executive communication.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Champion a culture of learning and improvement—documenting lessons learned and scaling best practices.
• Evaluate project performance using defined success metrics and KPIs.
• Drive maturity in AI adoption, agile practices, and delivery excellence across teams.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within technology-driven environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives without direct authority.
• Deep familiarity with AI, data platforms, and digital transformation programs.
• Experience with LMS systems, SaaS environments, or platform migrations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills—able to influence at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and executional abilities.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification required.
Supervisory Responsibility This position does not supervise others
