Higher production videos are crushing it for us - consistently bringing in more leads and sales - and we're looking for someone amazing to join our creative powerhouse!The Impact you'll make 🚀 Get ready to create content that drives real results! MISSION: Own the end-to-end creative pipeline for high-performing video ads: ideation based on performance insights, scripting, AI-assisted production, editing.• Content creation: Execute our existing backlog of video ad ideas weekly. • Proactive ideation: Analyze performance reports, identify winners/losers, and propose concepts to double down on. • Script writing ownership: Lead scripts end-to-end; manage external support and other contributors. • Full production cycle ownership:• Script writing • Material sourcing (UGC creators, stock, internal assets, AI) • Editing and motion graphics • Post-production and QC • Cross-functional communication and timely delivery • AI ad creation expertise: Stay current with tools, prompting, and workflows; propose AI-first concepts where relevant. • Collaboration: Collaborate with other video editors, Creative Director, Paid Social team, and copywriting resources; maintain a steady pipeline of variants and rapid iterations. • Governance: Manage asset library, usage rights/compliance, file organization, and creative documentation. Measure of Success🏆 Here's how you'll know you're absolutely crushing it:• Weekly: 1 net-new creative concept taken from script to final + multiple variants (hooks, lengths, formats). • Ongoing: Iterations on top performers and rapid re-cuts within 24–48 hours based on feedback/performance. Required Exeperience What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves!) 🔥• 5+ years producing performance-focused video ads; strong portfolio with measurable outcomes. • 6–12 months hands-on creating AI-driven ads using tools such as Google Veo 3, Higgsfield AI, Hailuo, Runway and others. • Proven track record leading creative from concept to delivery with minimal oversight. • Comfortable directing contractors/creators and giving actionable feedback. • WFH Set-Up:• Computer with at least 16 GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home Tools/skills• Adobe CC + AI tools like Runway, Veo 3, Higgsfield AI, Hailuo, etc. • Strong copy and story sense for hooks, tension/resolution, and CTA design. • Data-driven: Ability to translate performance data into creative hypotheses.
