We're hiring an SEO Growth Specialist who'll own on-page optimisation to improve user experience and deepen engagement, driving rapid growth globally. Requirements • 3+ years SEO experience, focusing on on-page optimisation • Strong command of GA4 and Tag Manager, user insight and testing tools • Proficient in CMS platforms, particularly Sanity • Data-driven: Skilled at measuring impact and interpreting outcomes. Practical experience with funnel analysis and experiment design. • Proactive: Self-driven, delivers iteratively, and consistently manages an efficient and well-organised experiment pipeline. • Communication: Work effectively with designers and developers, providing reliable status updates across stakeholders. • Adaptability: Up-to-date with SEO and UX trends, industry best practices, and emerging patterns in AI-driven search and top-of-funnel journeys.
