Social Media Recruitment Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Recruitment Specialist to help us attract top talent through engaging content. This person will design, post, and manage job-related materials across our social channels to boost visibility, consistency, and brand appeal in all recruitment campaigns. Responsibilities: • Create and schedule job-related posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Design eye-catching graphics, reels, and short videos for hiring campaigns • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure listings are updated and accurate • Write concise, engaging captions or ad copy for social job posts • Track engagement and performance metrics to optimize reach • Maintain consistent tone, visuals, and employer branding across platforms • Assist in preparing referral flyers, internal job decks, and recruitment visuals Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or recruitment marketing • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools • Strong English writing and editing skills • Basic understanding of social media analytics • Familiarity with job boards or ATS tools is a plus • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns Work Setup: Remote / Flexible scheduleCompensation: Competitive, based on experience
