Talent Attraction Specialist, English Speaking (Temporary)

The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson’s recruitment and client delivery teams during a seasonal hiring surge. In this temporary position, you’ll work hand in hand with our clients and recruiters to find, identify, and present top talent across a variety of roles and professional levels. YOU WILL: • Execute effective and innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent. • Conduct targeted internet searches using search engines, social media, directories, cold calls, networks, and recruitment tools/databases. • Build and maintain robust candidate pools across a range of positions and locations. • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client requirements and organizational culture fit. • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships. • Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reporting. • Participate in special projects as assigned within the Talent Attraction Specialist scope. REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven recruitment environment. • Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations and goals. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Adaptability and flexibility when direction or priorities shift. • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms and proficiency with MS Office Suite. • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required • Additional fluency in French (verbal and written) is a plus ADDITIONAL DETAILS: • This is a temporary position due to a seasonal surge.
