Job Title: Talent Operations SpecialistLocation: PhilippinesWork Type: RemoteWork Hours: 1pm-10pm Role OverviewAs a Talent Operations Specialist, you will provide essential administrative support across our global people processes. You’ll help keep recruitment, onboarding, and learning activities running smoothly and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date. Working closely with the HR & Recruitment team, hiring managers, and new joiners, you’ll support a wide range of tasks from maintaining HR systems and preparing documentation to coordinating inductions and managing updates on our Learning Management System (LMS).This is a remote position, and you will need reliable access to a stable internet connection to perform your duties effectively. The role operates in alignment with GMT working hours to ensure close collaboration with global HR and operations teams.It’s an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build experience in HR and talent operations within an international team.Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Support• Assist with end-to-end recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and offer documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support onboarding documentation for employees, contractors, and affiliates.
• Ensure completion of required onboarding steps such as credential verification, background checks, and reference checks.
• Provide back-up support for recruitment activities when needed.
HR Systems & Data Administration• Support day-to-day maintenance of the HR system, including new hire setups, updates, process tracking, and TOIL requests.
• Help prepare and track contracts for employees, contractors, and affiliates.
• Coordinate and schedule induction sessions for new hires.
• Keep employee and contractor records up to date in all systems.
• Assist in preparing simple reports or data summaries as requested.
• Support the leaver process administration.
• Help maintain and update HR policies and templates as directed.
Learning Management Support• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by creating user accounts, assigning courses, and tracking completions.
• Upload and organize training content such as videos, policies, and e-learning materials.
• Generate and share standard learning reports as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar support role.
• Experience using HR or recruitment systems (e.g., HiBob, Pinpoint, Workday, Moodle) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with spreadsheets and online platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
