We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who can act as the human quality layer inside an AI-driven recruiting workflow. The platform automatically scans and ranks thousands of candidates for each open role. Your job is to review the top profiles, validate fit, and select the strongest candidates to pass forward to clients with clear justification. If you’ve done sourcing before, understand how to evaluate resumes across tech and business roles, and enjoy high-volume review work with judgment and precision, you’ll thrive here. Why You’ll Want to Join • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) • Observance of Holidays (based on your location) • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive • Be part of a team building AI-native recruiting infrastructure • Work across a wide range of roles while developing strong pattern-recognition skills • Influence how AI and humans collaborate in next-generation hiring workflows What You’ll Work On Candidate Review and Selection • Review AI-ranked candidates for multiple job types across engineering, product, marketing, GTM, and operations • Validate whether candidates align with role requirements, seniority expectations, and company stage • Identify which profiles should move forward and provide clear reasoning for each recommendation • Flag mismatches or risks that automated filters may have missed Role Understanding and Calibration • Learn each assigned role quickly, using hiring manager notes, job descriptions, and calibration guidelines • Understand differences between enterprise, growth-stage, and seed-stage hiring needs • Maintain strong intuition around what “good” looks like across functions Quality Control and Trust Building • Act as the safeguard that prevents poor-fit outreach on behalf of client companies • Ensure all candidates selected reflect what the hiring manager expects • Maintain thorough and accurate notes inside the review platform Workflow Execution • Complete assigned review batches with accuracy and speed • Follow consistent standards and maintain high output during high-volume sourcing cycles • Collaborate with internal leads on refining selection criteria or improving review frameworks What You Bring • 2 to 4 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or high-volume resume review • Ability to evaluate resumes across a wide variety of functions • Strong pattern recognition for roles in engineering, product, marketing, and business • Fast learner who can internalize new role details quickly • Confident judgment and the ability to justify decisions clearly • Comfortable working independently with minimal handholding • Thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments Nice to Have • Exposure to early-stage startups or tech recruiting • Experience with AI tools or automated sourcing workflows • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms How to Apply Please include: • Your updated resume • A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you evaluate candidate quality Only candidates who submit a Loom video will move forward.
