You’ll be responsible for auditing, diagnosing, and improving SEO performance across multiple websites—leveraging the latest tools and best practices to keep our sites healthy, fast, and fully optimized for search engines. 🎁 Perks & Benefits • 💵 Paid in USD (bi-monthly payouts: 15th & 30th) • 🏖️ Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) • 📅 Observance of Holidays (based on your location) • 🏡 100% remote – work from anywhere • ⚙️ Work across diverse websites and CMS platforms • 🚀 Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing and development team shaping the future of AI-powered SEO 🧩 What You’ll Be Doing 🔍 Site Audits & Optimization • Run comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Siteline to identify and fix crawl, indexation, and site performance issues. • Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile usability. • Analyze internal linking, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps to ensure efficient site architecture. • Collaborate with developers to implement fixes directly in code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) using tools like VSCode. 📊 Technical Research & Data Gathering • Conduct competitor and backlink research using Ahrefs and SEMrush for insights into keyword gaps and link opportunities. • Use Lead Scraper (custom) and Hunter.io to automate lead generation and outreach processes. • Run free site audits and identify recurring SEO issues using tools like Siteline. • Set up custom dashboards and monitor progress across multiple client projects. ⚙️ Implementation & Troubleshooting • Ensure structured data (schema.org) and metadata are implemented correctly. • Maintain data hygiene—checking canonical tags, redirects, and duplicate content. • Support site migrations, redesigns, and platform transitions from an SEO standpoint. • Troubleshoot tracking and visibility issues across GA4 and Google Search Console. 🧠 Continuous Learning & Collaboration • Stay current on Google algorithm updates and SEO trends through YouTube tutorials and SEO learning channels. • Partner with developers and content teams to integrate technical insights into content strategy. • Contribute to improving internal SEO automation workflows and documentation. ✅ Who You Are • 3+ years of experience in Technical SEO, preferably across multiple websites or clients. • Strong command of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Hunter.io, Lead Scraper, and Siteline. • Familiar with VSCode and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript troubleshooting. • Experience with GA4, Search Console, and Core Web Vitals optimization. • Confident conducting link audits, crawl analysis, and schema implementation. • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills—able to explain technical findings clearly. • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive about improving SEO workflows.
