Trainer – Tools & Process

We are seeking a Trainer – Tools & Process to deliver live, simulation-based training to new and existing team members. The role focuses on preparing team members to perform effectively using CRMs, project management systems, and communication platforms through hands-on instruction and graded simulations. Training outcomes will be assessed and reported on. Requirements • Facilitate live training sessions on HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, Slack, Gmail, and Zoom. • Design, update, and deliver curricula aligned with company workflows. • Conduct graded simulations to evaluate tool proficiency. • Track trainee performance and generate reports. • Refine content based on process updates and tool improvements. • Provide remediation coaching for underperforming trainees.
