Travel Experience Counselor III

Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Experience Counselor III to deliver premier service experience for high-profile business travel customers. The role will provide consultative, creative, and timely travel solutions, and form part of a highly skilled virtual team. Responsibilities include acting as a Travel Advisor and Consultant, arranging travel requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements • No less than 1-year corporate travel counselor experience • Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, both domestic and international, land, air and sea travel • Experience working with at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Sabre Benefits • Flexible benefits tailored to the Philippines, including health and welfare insurance plans, retirement programs, parental leave, adoption assistance, and wellbeing resources • Travel perks, including choice of deals each week from major travel providers on flights, hotels, cruises, and car rentals • Access to over 20,000 courses on the learning platform, leadership courses, and new job openings available to internal candidates first
