VA Engagement & Retention Partner

Wing is hiring a VA Engagement & Retention Partner to strengthen their virtual assistant (VA) retention pipeline by ensuring candidates stay engaged and committed. The role involves proactive relationship management, structured engagement rituals, and monitoring for back-outs. This role improves workforce stability and employee satisfaction. Requirements • Conduct pre-start pre-closing calls with VAs • Facilitate pre-start check-ins and onboarding reminders • Design and execute engagement touchpoints (30-day & 60-day) • Monitor new hire attendance, responsiveness, and communication • Identify and address potential attrition risks • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and risk flags • Collaborate with various teams (Training, Customer Success, People Ops) • Generate retention metrics and engagement health reports
