Who The Client Is: A modern dental practice based in Melbourne, Australia, specialising in dental implants, All-on-4, and cosmetic dentistry. We pride ourselves on providing a premium patient experience and high-quality dental care using the latest digital technology. Role Overview: We are seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Receptionist from the Philippines to support our front desk operations remotely. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring all communication and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and with care. Key Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient enquiries and concerns. • Manage patient bookings using our online dental software, including scheduling, rescheduling, and updating patient records. • Contact patients to confirm unconfirmed appointments 48 hours prior, and assist in keeping schedules full by offering earlier times to those wanting to move appointments. • Maintain accurate and well-organised patient notes and communication records. • Lodge superannuation release applications for patients. • Assist patients in setting up payment plans and ensuring all payment details are correctly recorded. • Keep email inboxes and online communication platforms updated and organised. • Request deposits from patients to secure initial consultations and treatment plans. • Collaborate closely with the clinical and management team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in dental reception or healthcare administration preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Experience using dental software systems (e.g., Dental4Windows, Core Practice, or similar). • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. • Positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to patient care.
