Job Description
Remote VA PH is currently searching for an experienced Walmart Account Manager. The Walmart Account Manager owns the end-to-end performance of our Walmart Marketplace business with a listing-by-listing ownership mindset. Each product is treated as its own business, with full accountability across revenue, profitability, and listing health. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role — not a reporting-only position. The ideal candidate understands Walmart’s ecosystem deeply and proactively identifies risks, opportunities, and execution gaps before they impact revenue. Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) Key Responsibilities Marketplace & Listing Management • Own performance of all Walmart listings, ensuring products remain live, optimized, and competitive • Monitor listing health, suppressions, compliance issues, and resolve problems quickly • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and inventory levels Revenue & Profit Optimization • Drive profitable sales growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, and content • Monitor margins, fees, and advertising impact on profitability • Identify underperforming SKUs and implement corrective strategies Advertising & Walmart Connect • Coordinate Walmart Connect advertising with PPC specialists • Monitor ad performance, ROAS, and spend efficiency • Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and cut wasted spend Inventory & Operations • Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and replenishment needs • Prevent stockouts, overstock, and stranded inventory • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams Competitive & Market Analysis • Track competitor pricing, content, and positioning • Identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities • Adjust strategy to maintain Buy Box and category leadership Reporting & Execution • Use Excel and Google Docs to track performance, action items, and KPIs • Maintain SKU-level tracking for pricing, ads, inventory, and profitability • Communicate clearly with leadership and team members Requirements • Strong experience managing Walmart Marketplace (Seller Center) • Deep understanding of Walmart’s listing rules, search, and compliance • Experience with Walmart Connect advertising • PPC management experience • Advanced Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and forecasting • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple SKUs as individual businesses • Proactive, problem-solving mindset Tools Used • Walmart Seller Center • Walmart Connect • Excel • Google Docs Benefits • Weekly Pay • Work From Home • Negotiable salary, depending on the experience
