Workforce Analytics Lead

We are seeking a Workforce Analytics Lead to build and manage the company's Shadow Layer, which powers utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability. This role is responsible for creating data-driven workforce intelligence tools, automating performance reports, identifying at-risk talent, and ensuring operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Training, and HR. Requirements • Design and implement the Workforce Utilization Score • Develop and maintain EOD bot analytics • Build real-time dashboards to flag at-risk talent • Create attendance risk algorithms • Partner with Operations, Training, and HR to align data definitions • Conduct data analysis • Maintain data accuracy • Generate workforce health reports • Lead the Shadow Layer roadmap • Promote automation and integration with existing tools
