We’re hiring an Integrations Specialist to support our Senior Digital Growth Managers by executing repeatable, process-driven tasks across our internal systems and delivery workflows. • Working from home • Can work to any KMC sites • HMO and insurance • Dayshift • Wordpress experience - updating plugins, themes, custimizations (admin rather than developer) - 10% work Monitoring websites , font style - spacing - UI feel • Tech-Comfortable: Experience with digital tools such as spreadsheets, Google Workspace and the ability to effectively context-switch between platforms across the varied tech stacks of our clients • Basic Business Acumen: Have a general understanding on how marketing and sales operate within businesses • Process-Driven: You prefer structure and are comfortable working with repeatable tasks and workflows. • Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with a proactive approach to communication. • Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work and ensure data accuracy and process compliance. • Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring things out and improving how things are done • Workflow mapping and implementation: Basic understanding and experience with building automated workflows in platforms such as CRMs like Hubspot, or no-code platforms like Zapier or IFTTT conversion tracking/reporting
